Developing Computational Thinking Skills in the Early Years Through Play - The CTHINK.IT approach

Leonard Busuttil is an associate professor at the Faculty of Education, University of Malta, where he coordinates the Computing Education group. His work focuses on training pre-service educators in Computing education, as well as guiding educators in integrating computational thinking into their teaching. Leonard leads several projects aimed at fostering innovative educational practices, including the Erasmus+ CThink.IT project, which introduces computational thinking skills to early years children through engaging and interactive board games. With extensive experience in education and research, Leonard is passionate about bridging technology and pedagogy to enhance learning experiences for young children.
