Factors Affecting the Wellbeing of Childcare Educators Working in Childcare Settings in Malta

Claire Attard has been working in the childcare field for over 20 years. Besides attending regular CPD sessions, Claire continued furthering her studies by obtaining a Diploma in Childcare Management; a Diploma in Child Psychology; and an Honours Degree in Youth and Community Studies. Currently, she is in the final phase of her work-based Master’s in Business and Administration (MBA), which was focuses specifically on childcare. Claire strongly believes that keeping oneself up-to-date and knowledgeable is part of self-growth, especially when working with children, who will form our future society.
