Dr Georgina Fardoe is an education consultant, author, and senior leader with extensive expertise across early childhood, further, and higher education. Originally from the UK and based in Malta since 2013, she holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Child & Family Psychology from the University of Chester, and a PhD in Education from the University of Sheffield. As Director and Chief Operating Officer of Malta’s first professional consultancy company dedicated to early years education, Dr Fardoe leads projects on the planning, licensing, and quality assurance of ECEC centres. She has designed multiple MFHEA-accredited vocational programmes and frequently delivers keynote talks and training at national level. Professionally, Dr Fardoe is recognised as a specialist in child development and works closely with early years educators, teams, and leaders to embed developmental understanding into daily practice. Her consultancy ethos is grounded in vision, collaboration, and sustainable impact — always with a commitment to seeing children as capable, agentic learners and ensuring early years education is built on strong developmental foundations.
